  • The system will be provided with ante-chamber for vacuum of the order of 10-2 mbar and the vacuum is measured with Pirani gauge. Ante-Chamber will be provided with door to main glove chamber to enable easy transfer of material with movable tray of corrosion resistant stainless steel.
  • Big Ante chamber of Diameter 250mm and length 500 mm and 2.5 mm thick. It will have inodized tray, spindle locked door, pressure gauge with display. Small ante chamber of Diameter 75 mm and length 400 mm and 2.5 mm thick. It will have inodized tray, spindle locked door, pressure gauge with display.
  • It will be provided with purification system to eliminate oxygen as well as moisture with attainable purity values of less than 1 ppm for O2 and H2O.
  • The Total capacity of purification system will be 35 liter for O2 and more than 1300 g for H2O.
  • Closed loop type gas circulation.
  • Gas purification system: Removal of H2O and O2.
