Advanced Process Technology Pvt. Ltd. (APT) is an established engineering-led manufacturer of advanced vacuum and thin film deposition systems, headquartered in Pune, India. Founded in 2000, APT delivers high-performance, reliable, and fully customized process equipment for research, pilot, and industrial production environments.

With over 150 installed systems, APT supports customers across thin film deposition, semiconductor processing, advanced materials, and surface engineering. Our solutions include PECVD systems, RF/DC sputtering, thermal and electron beam evaporation, ion beam deposition, glove box systems, UHV chambers, and gas purification solutions.

All systems are designed and manufactured in-house, enabling tight control over quality, performance, and delivery. APT combines strong engineering depth, modern CAD/CAM/CAE infrastructure, and application-focused design to deliver systems that integrates seamlessly into existing laboratory and production workflows.
